A storage business that outgrew off-the-shelf tools.
Lockr serves individuals, families, and small businesses looking for budget-friendly storage in Riverside and Holyrood. Their previous setup was a patchwork of disconnected tools: a marketing site, a third-party booking widget, and a spreadsheet for unit inventory. None of it talked to each other.
I built a custom Laravel application from scratch: branded storefront, real-time unit availability across both locations, a streamlined booking and payment flow, and an admin dashboard that gives the team one place to manage everything. The result is a single system that runs the business end to end.
The challenge:

Lockr’s previous setup had a marketing site, a separate booking widget, a manual spreadsheet for unit inventory, and email back-and-forth for confirmations. Customers couldn’t see real-time availability. The team couldn’t see bookings without checking three places. A CMS-based fix wasn’t going to solve it.
The approach:
A custom Laravel application built end to end for storage operations.
I built a full-stack Laravel application: customer-facing booking flow with real-time availability checks, integrated payments, automated email confirmations, and a custom admin dashboard for unit and location management. Everything lives in one system, with role-based access for the team and clean APIs for future integrations.
