A coaching brand that needed structure as polished as its teaching.
Per Organizer Academy helps professional organizers sort and grow their businesses with systems, strategy, and well-being. Their previous site felt like a personal blog rather than the polished academy the brand actually is.
I rebuilt the site on WordPress with DIVI and a custom child theme: editorial design system, structured course and coaching pages, a clear newsletter and lead-magnet flow, and content modules that turn visitors into subscribers and clients.
The challenge:
A coaching academy that looked like a blog.
The previous site didn’t match the depth of the offering. Coaching programs were buried, the newsletter signup was hard to find, and there was no clear path from “I’m interested” to “I’m enrolled.”
The approach:
DIVI-powered build with custom child theme styling and lead-magnet integration.
I designed a custom DIVI child theme with editorial typography, dedicated coaching program pages, a lead-magnet flow tied to the newsletter, and clear paths to enrollment from every section. The site now functions as a quiet salesperson.
